These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of peaceaspower.com, including any pages describing our coaching programs such as the Executive Edge Blueprint (together, the "Site"), operated by Peace As Power LLC ("Peace As Power," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided for informational purposes to describe our books, speaking engagements, and coaching programs. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, program frameworks, prompt libraries, worksheets, and design elements — is the property of Peace As Power LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Materials provided to enrolled coaching clients (such as a Prompt Pack or Prompt Writing Guide) are licensed for personal, non-transferable use as described in your coaching agreement, and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed without written permission.

No Professional Advice; Coaching Program Disclaimer

Content on this Site, and coaching provided through our programs, is educational and developmental in nature. It is not legal, financial, medical, or other licensed professional advice. Our programs provide education and coaching on the use of third-party AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Claude); we are not affiliated with or responsible for those third-party platforms, and AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for exercising independent judgment when applying anything learned through our programs to your own work or decisions.

Any guarantee referenced on this Site (for example, regarding delivery of program materials) applies only to the specific deliverables described at the time, is subject to the completion conditions stated for that program, and does not constitute a promise of any particular business, financial, or career outcome. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Enrollment in a coaching program is governed by a separate, signed coaching agreement provided to you before payment, which sets out the full payment schedule, session terms, and cancellation policy. In general, once a coaching agreement is signed, payments are non-refundable and cannot be paused, except as expressly stated in that agreement. Please read your coaching agreement carefully before enrolling, and contact us with any questions beforehand.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peace As Power LLC and its owners, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or participation in our programs. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Third-Party Links

This Site may link to third-party services (such as Calendly, Amazon, LinkedIn, or Instagram). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.

Governing Law
