Patrick's career spans some of the most recognized names across industries — from global consulting at Deloitte, to entertainment at Ticketmaster/Live Nation, to telecom at Verizon, to retail technology at Lowe's Home Improvement, to banking at Truist, to a FinTech startup later acquired by Google. Across two decades in corporate and entrepreneurial environments, he has built products, led transformation initiatives, and watched firsthand how high performers operate — often from survival, rarely from alignment.
That observation became the foundation for his writing and coaching. He is the author of Peace as Power and Write Your Book With AI, and the creator of the 90-Day AI Leadership Coaching Program — a structured journey integrating AI into how leaders communicate, decide, and create.
He speaks on survival-driven leadership, borrowed voices, and instinct-led authority, and is currently building ArcusPath, a leadership development platform. He is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
